- Develop and manage assigned training programs, according to the training & development master plan
- Ensure performance management system implementation within the assigned function
- Manage/participate to organizational development specific projects
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years work experience in training & development area
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- Teamwork and cooperation orientation
- Self management, planning and organizing skills
- Ms Office knowledge
- Fluency in English
