The role: Trainer/ QA Analyst with German

We are looking for a Trainer/ QA Analyst to join our efforts in our Shared Services Center. You will join a multicultural environment in a growing and dynamic group, with opportunities to learn and develop.



The role holder is going to maintain quality standards related to all digital services offered by the company. It is also necessary to ensure that improvements are recommended and feedback constantly provided. Advice on process can become a part of this role as well.





Our future colleague will:

* Create explanatory documents;
* Establish standards for digital service;
* Ensure execution of corrective actions;
* Advise technical staff;
* Highlight & Identify training needs.


CERINTE

And should:

* Have fluency in German and a good level of English;
* Be able to provide impartial analysis of others’ work;
* Be able to work as an individual;
* Have an aptitude for analysis;
* Have knowledge about quality standards;
* Be able to motivate other members;
* Have competent problem solving abilities;
* Have strong PC knowledge including related PowerPoint/ Excel/ SAP/ PSFT;
* Have attention to details.
