Test Manager:
- Experience: over 6 years
- Design test plans and test cases
- Work closely with client Test Manager to set-up and tune service processes
- Brings & implement best practices for testing services
- Certification is preferable
- Experience with HP QC / HP ALM
Team members:
- Over 3 years testing experience
- Preferably certified
- Able to review the requirements and design the test cases
- Execute tests & Perform root cause analysis
- Experience with HP QC / HP ALM
- SQL experience is a plus
- Testing scope: 80% functional & integration testing, 20% performance testing
- Location: Bucharest (with some trips to Vienna < 10%)

Ideal Candidates:
• At least 3 years testing experience
• Technical university degree
• Fluency in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
