What you’ll be doing:
-working as part of dedicated delegate sales team in order to hit and exceed revenue targets;
- using excellent customer service skills to qualify and nurture sales leads;
- building a prospect database through research and cold calling ;
- closing individual and group delegate registrations for senior-level ‘business to business’ pan- European conferences by contacting the relevant target audience;
- working in a targeted driven environment towards incentivized event-based and monthly revenue targets;
-responsible for all delegate sales activity relating to assigned conferences;
- receive constant trainings on sales techniques and product know how .
What we’re looking for:
- advanced level of English;
- strong online research skills;
- individuals looking to embark on a successful career in sales;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- confidence on the phone talking to senior level executives from major industries;
- ability to prioritize tasks and organize time efficiently;
- money-motivated with a determined outlook and a strong drive for results;
- self-motivated, spontaneous, persuasive, creative, adaptable and willing to learn.
