RESPONSABILITATI

Monitor servers and applications performance and availability and respond accordingly through service requests
- Event Management (analyze alerts and logs)
- Provide metrics for capacity management purposes
- Batch execution
- Create and update reports
- Assists in the development of new environmental monitoring procedures, protocols
- Maintenance of the monitoring tool environment
- Implement & Adjust components/checks into the monitoring tool
- Create and adjust service trees
- Create and adjust service views
- Scripting of E2E-monitoring
- Create Documentation


CERINTE

Availability to provide on call service
- Advanced in German and English
- Experience with implementation of scripts for component monitoring, batch monitoring and application monitoring
- Advanced MS Windows OS Client/Server admin
- Basic VMware vSphere knowledge
- Basic network admin knowledge
- MS-SQL experience

Nice to have:

Knowledge of monitoring systems like Nagios, MS SCOM
Knowledge of concepts: E2E monitoring for applications
