RESPONSABILITATI

Technical Sales Professional (based in Bucharest region)

• having experience in the market of building materials and/or construction industry;
• ability to elaborate our sales approach for successfully selling various premium products (mostly building chemicals as well as dry construction mixtures, finish coatings and others).


CERINTE

The ideal candidate combines the following qualities:

(1) good technical understanding of / working background in building/renovation processes, such as screeds and building materials, sealing and waterproofing, tiling and natural stone application, flooring systems and wall levelling
(2) deep understanding of the needs of contractors, architects etc.
(3) proactive skills of product presentation and client relationship development

He/she should not be afraid to put on working clothes and to be keen of mixing, applying and demonstrating the building products to convince contractors to start using best in class premium building products.

Professional expertise

• Ideally technical education, optionally working background in building site environments
• Preferably at least 3 years of work experience in B2B sales (quality segment)
• Excellent communication skills and experience in building customer relationships
• Experience in project/object sales. The main work is "in the field”
• Advantageous - knowledge / experience in the construction / building industry

• Advantageous - active and broad network within the construction/building sector
• Driving license - MUST criteria
• IT User basics
• MUST: English or German
