Responsibilities
The tasks carried out by Customer Relationship Manager include:
• searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions (Germany and Turkey);
• developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;
• persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
• offering client quotations and administering client accounts based on how product meets client needs;
• working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required;
• analyzing costs and sales;
• preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records;
Skills
You will need to have:
• a solid technical background;
• bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• sales skills;
• MS Office package;
• English & German languages;
• travel abroad to and from client companies;
• driving license;
• communication skills;
• sound judgment and good business sense;
• organizational skills;
