For one of our clients we are looking for a Team Leader with Italian. He/she will be responsible for the operational activities, outbound sales and perhaps in the future inbound sales, service - telecommunications industry.
1+ yrs of experience in team handling for projects in BPO/Call Center/Shared Services industry

Pro-active, Initiative, Energize (able to motivate and transmit enthusiasm to team)
Customer Oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent Italian speaking and writing
