Receives general direction from the Outsourcing Partner.
Provides direct supervision to the Senior Tax Specialists and Tax Specialists.
• Accomplishes tax human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations.
• Transfer price relevant experience.
• Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms.
• Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the clients.
• Manage, prepare and draft complex tax and VAT advisory opinions.
Ability to: supervise, train and evaluate staff performance; prioritize and coordinate staff projects and workload; develop and formulate tax policies and procedures; interpret and analyze complex financial transactions; prepare accurate tax statements, reports and analyses timely; communicate effectively with employees; provide training to the employees; and establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers.
Education: Graduation from a recognized university with a degree in accounting, finance, public or business administration or a closely related field.
CCF member, with minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
Experience: 10 years of professional accounting with at least 2 years in other similar position. Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
