RESPONSABILITATI

* Reconcile the Training timesheet report and provide a commentary on trends and issues;
* Manage and advise on local course bookings requests, from initial enquiry to payment. Capture all of the approved training PRs /POs as to enable to monitor proposed spend against budget;
* Working closely with our external provider, manage and run training portfolio (including but not limited to Prince2, ITIL, ISO, PMP and other project-management related courses);
* Enrol new participants onto the e-learning site, manage a global internal team of examiners and invigilators, check candidates’ eligibility to sit exams and co-ordinate exams globally. Support arranging the examinations globally and coordinate with the external provider. Report back monthly to the Talent and Development Advisor on the activity, progress and completion rates;
* Inform and update managers and wider HR community on the learning and development modules and other ad hoc virtual training courses available on the Management Development Portal. Assess the success of virtual training courses and learning materials by keeping monthly records of the attendance and completion rates. Work closely with our external provider to inform HR Managers and Line Managers of any upcoming training courses or new learning material;
* Support the Talent and Development function to run the annual Leadership Forum. Assist in providing leadership guidance materials as and when required. Support the HR Managers to provide leadership teams with relevant training and development materials;
* Work with the Talent and Development team to create and record, monitor and report on all training activities across regions;
* Co-ordinate and manage the running of the employee engagement survey by working closely with our external providers. Report back to the Talent and Development function on the progress and level of employee participation in the survey. Liaise with Regional HR Managers to ensure the highest possible level of participation is achieved. Support post-survey communication and follow up;
* Improve processes and financial modelling;
* Review the Compass evaluation and development planning data and follow up with both employees and managers to support the completion of the process.

Not immediate, but will be needed within the next 6 months:

* As required, research open programmes and courses for managers and employees and keep a record of key suppliers/resources;
* Assist the Talent and Development function on various aspects involved in producing global training programmes, talent development projects and other learning initiatives. Provide logistical support to ensure smooth running of all activities. Support the delivery, manage delegate lists, send joining instructions and coordinate evaluation processes, where required. Process and capture data from learning and talent development events to support the evaluation of initiatives in the immediate and the longer term;
* Maintain a full list of all training requests and learning needs;
* Provide regular updates to the T&D intranet site.


CERINTE

Skills and Qualifications:

* Educated to degree level or equivalent;
* Proficiently able to communicate in English;
* Ability to work unsupervised and learn new skills and concepts rapidly;
* Good knowledge of MS Office environment: especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and good internet skills being an asset;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including an excellent telephone manner;
* Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines;
* Ability to work as an individual and manage/ prioritise workload effectively, including excellent organisational and time management skills;
* Flexible in approach and happy to work on ad hoc projects as and when required.

Specific Knowledge:

* Preferably 2-4 years’ experience in Talent and Development;
* Good understanding of learning processes (analyse, design, develop programme manage and report);
* Proven knowledge and experience of working as part of a HR team, with good understanding of talent engagement and development approaches;
* Experience of delivering training solutions focused around talent development, identification, and retention.
