Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems that impact production systems within the organization;
Manage the daily operation of Active Directory, Exchange, Lync and VMware systems. Monitor resource utilization, including such items as CPU, memory, and disk utilization. Report on system utilization and plan/implement recommended maintenance as required. Perform impact analysis as appropriate;
Write comprehensive documents for building, troubleshooting, installing and supporting Active Directory, Exchange, Lync and VMware servers and applications;
Day to day problem solving of any IT tickets related to Active Directory, Exchange and VMware;
Automate operational tasks using shell scripts;
Handle certificate requests, generating and installing certificates – both from an internal CA as well as a public one;
Maintain and update hardware firmware and driver software;
Create and maintain documentation related to infrastructure and architecture of all systems;
Ensure process for monitoring, backup and recovery, security, and change management are established and documented.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 3 years Information Technology experience;
Minimum 2 years Active Directory, Exchange, Lync or VMware specific experience;
Experience working in a high pressure computer operations environment;
Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision;
Ability to learn quickly and implement new technologies in a rapid, demanding, and changing environment;
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Exchange On-Premises and/or Exchange Online (Office 365);
VMware vShpere 4/5;
Lync Server 2013;
System Center Operations Manager;
Powershell / VBscript;
Microsoft Certifications (not required but preferred).
