As a part of the Infrastructure Monitoring Team, you will be responsible for monitoring the uptime of internal systems and applications. In case of an incident, you will ensure proper escalation to the support teams.
This position requires work in night shifts to support a 24/7/365 work environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor events and alerts through dedicated applications and monitoring tools
Escalation of the incidents to responsible engineers as required by procedures
Following up incidents to their resolution
Record information such as problems occurred, actions taken and create reports
Complete and distribute Post Incident Reports
Associate Degree/Technical Certification or in progress studies performed in Computer Science or related filed or 1 year related Network Operations/Help Desk experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Passionate about PCs, servers and how they work
Knowledge of and/or experience with MS Windows or Linux OS
Programming, networking or web design basic skills are a plus
