RESPONSABILITATI

Provide support and manages requests from the client’s consumers by phone or e-mail;
Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs, respect procedures and guidelines;
Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time;
Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals;
Provide product information regarding content, price, availability, delivery time, basic product knowledge;
Communicate clearly and immediately any system issues to the supervisor;
Assure the administration of the Customer Care Center service: filing, archiving and reporting.
