Under the responsibility of the Customer Service Manager, your main purpose of the job is:
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
1. Sales Support :
• Answer calls and handle user inquiries
• Process all the requests with seriousness and accuracy, respecting the quality standards and the procedure
• Research required information using available resources
• Manage and resolve users complaints
• Provide to the users product and service information
2. Social Media Support
• Answer to client’s questions and comments according to the internal procedures on the Facebook page
• Moderation of content
• Redirecting issues to responsible and follow-up of client satisfaction
• Monitor, listen and respond to customers in a “Social” way, because you will be the voice of the company
• Familiar with the company’s Brand, products and services so you can do quick surface-level troubleshooting.
• Distributive attention
• Previous experience in a call center / debt collection team
• Very good Time management
• Perseverance, self-control, patience and ability to learn fast
• Very good computer skills
• Good Excel skills
• Capable to respond to the clients questions or complaints with professionalism
• Foreign languages: English
