RESPONSABILITATI

• Execution of the complete invoicing chain process:
o Creating customer accounts
o Catching sales orders from sales provided information
o Handling supplier orders and follow up
o Coordinating delivery with customers and installers planning
o Filing commissioning reports
o Invoicing and recovering invoices
o Following up and enforcing payment terms
• Main interface between sales & finance department;
• Maintains strong working relationships with customers


CERINTE

• Customer & team minded
• Self-motivated person
• Independent working capability
• Strong negotiating/convincing abilities
• University degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration
• Proven experience working with an ERP software
• Fluent in written & Oral English & one or few regional language
• Adheres to high ethics and commits to complying fully with ASSA ABLOY’s Code of Conduct.
