RESPONSABILITATI

Job Purpose:
Classification and indexing of electronic documents in CRM systems.
Manages the team as a supervisor.
Education / training of new employees.
Works in shifts (2 shift concept) in the site, works with PC systems (Personal Computer).

Responsibilities:

• Information processing and data acquisition PC
• Data collection in CRM systems (indexing and validation)
• Mapping of document types and types of Inbox
• Notification of fault and error states of systems and processes
• Participation in the documentation of all work processes, including all deviations
• Teaching / training of new employees
• Teaching / training of new work processes
• Supervises the activities in terms of quality and productivity
• Takes part in management, control, planning and training of subordinate employees
• Is responsible for guidelines and instructions
• Participation in the preparation / revision of work instructions, process descriptions and similar documents
• Responsible for quality and productivity
• Compliance with the relevant accident prevention and safety regulations
• Ensures maximum availability and proper use of the available means of production
• Daily coverage of all services and timely execution of the Day Graduation Activities
• Check the current stock inventory lists and timely ordering of all necessary to maintain production equipment
• Substitutes the site manager


CERINTE

Educational qualifications:
• Knowledge in the use and handling of PC systems running the operating system Windows
• Good knowledge of standard software such as MS Office products
• In-depth knowledge and experience in input data to PC systems / Typing
• Fluent in written and spoken German / native preferred
• Ability to supervise a team of 6-10 employees
