For one of our clients, one of the best-known clothing brands in the world, we are currently looking for full-time Store Manager Assistants (M/F) for a new store in Park Lake Mall Titan (Liviu Rebreanu area).
Main tasks of the Store Manager Assistant: store administration, staff management, merchandise management, customers’ management, cash monitoring and accounting compliance / file monitoring.
• Ensures the store image is compliant with the guidelines provided by the Store Manager.
• Checks the proper function of the computer equipment (computers, cashier machines), in case of any malfunction contacts the appropriate person.
• Ensures that the appearance and the behavior of the staff align with the corporate guidelines.
• Ensures standardization of interiors (selling area, display, storage, restrooms, elevators, fitting room, break area), controls lighting (interior and exterior), controls room temperature, ensures that the music of the sales area is at the right level of intensity etc.
• Monitors and proposes changes in product mix of the store according to the philosophy of the company.
• Ensures that the receipt and shipment of products is done in accordance with the instructions and schedules of the Company.
• Proposes movements of goods in order to minimize the inventory (stock).
• Informs the Store Manager upon completion of each receipt for possible differences (surplus - deficit).
• Performs regularly sample inventories to verify the quantity of goods. Checks are carried out in-store.
• Ensures standardized use of marketing materials according to the company's rules.
• Ensures that all the changes in product prices are made in accordance with the company's instructions.
• Prepares the monthly staff work program in accordance with estimated store traffic, always respecting labor laws and corporate guidelines.
• Prepares and supervises the staff break program and the annual leave schedule for all employees.
• Trains staff in accordance with company guidelines.
• Participates in staff evaluation.
• Promotes knowledge growth and abilities / skills development by assigning cyclic tasks and duties.
• Suggests individual development plans for employees.
• Fosters an environment of discipline and teamwork.
• Ensures conditions of equal opportunities.
• If Store Manager is absent, the Store Manager Assistant becomes Acting SM:
• Is responsible for the safety of the money and also for the deposit of the money at the bank or for their delivery at
the security company.
• Handles all necessary actions for the receipt of the money from the cashiers or the manager of the cashiers.
• Maintains accounting records
• Maintains and archives correspondence
• High school graduate
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Previous experience of 2-3 years in similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Great organizing skills
• Teamwork oriented
• Previous experience in personnel management
• Crisis management
• Results-orientation
