RESPONSABILITATI

Overall, this roleholder is responsible for working with the client to develop a single major learning programme or skill area curriculum. There are a number of roles on offer, at several levels, depending on the precise scope of the role. Key activities include:

•Engage with the client on the definition of learning programmes and/or curricula;
•Definition of appropriate forms of learning (ILT, VC, WBT etc.) to meet learning objectives;
•Identify potential third party providers of appropriate learning products with a view to maximizing quality and minimizing cost;
•Manage the third party development of learning products, particularly where there is custom development;
•Maintain an ongoing relationship with selected third party providers;
•Look to continuously improve programmes and curricula;
•Keep a up to date with developments in learning and bring fresh ideas to the client;
•Uses needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of training programs;
•Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses;
•Designs and develops in-house programs;
•Conducts follow up to determine applicability of course material.


CERINTE

Professional experience:
•5 years learning experience, and/or substantial operational experience in the petrochemical industry;
•Knowledge of the third party learning market particularly valued.

Personal requirements:
•High personal performance standards, ability to work with clients, innovative & challenging.
