-Co-operates with Head Office departments regarding changes of IT RF model;
-Co-operates with regional IT/IRM departments regarding risk governance projects implementation;
-Maintains the log of incidents, problems and solutions for CMDB and IT RF reporting;
-Performs troubleshooting of found problems related to the IT RF reports;
-Provides introduction and training for regional branches to the IT RF methodology;
-Develops implementation documentation for risk governance projects;
-Provides practical, hands-on help to the branches in CEE with the implementation of IRM - related tooling; processes and systems according to the planning
-Acts as 2nd line of support for such systems if 2nd line is not established with other providers;
-Communicates with services/systems suppliers (internal and external) ensuring good knowledge of related products;
-Coordinates with Service Management for the services provided or received.
-Advanced level experience in Excel (pivot tables, reports, middle macros skills, basic Excel VB skills);
-Knowledge and experience in networks and telecommunications;
-Ability to analyze and resolve problems related to application¿¿¿s and infrastructure;
-High Technical Education;
-Work experience at least 5 years in IT area;
-Experience in providing support to the end users;
-Ability to work in team;
-Experience participating in IT projects;
-Good report writing skills;
-Fluent English;
-Good communication skills.
