- Hardware & network installation;
- Troubleshooting of desktops, workstations & laptops;
-Responsible for staying informed on all hardware upgrades within our environment;
-Provides support for all licensed software, installing and troubleshooting all software “Break-Fix” issues;
-Ensures testing, certifying, and deploying within IT, within the business, and with our external partners;
-Implements and oversees execution of system management and control disciplines to ensure data security, integrity, confidentiality and recoverability
• Fluent in English
• Overall knowledge includes but not limited to: Desktop PCs, laptops, tablet PCs, printers, scanners, Modems, NIC, sound cards, CDROM/DVD and burners, memory, zip drives, Digital cameras
• Has overall knowledge of all current site-licensed software including (but not limited to): Operating Systems – Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory, Network Technology
• Understanding LAN topology, protocols, routers, hubs & switches
• Finished trainings and/or knowledge (optional) : Cisco -> CCNA, MS Office, mailboxes
• Microsoft Applications – MS Office Suites, McAfee Anti-Virus, Adobe Products – Acrobat Reader/Writer, WinZip & Ghost;
• Mobile OS operating knowledge: Android
• Willing to learn and to develop in IT area
