A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of a
CONTACT CENTER AGENT - NON INSURANCE
responsible for:
* Handling of information calls and emails and providing context specific information;
* Correspondence to the customer;
* Handling of customer satisfaction survey calls;
* Handling and payment of invoices;
* Master data management for customer and contract data;
* Tracking information in the relevant applications;
* Participation in training courses;
* Involvement in project work.
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
* Native German (spoken & written), fluent English (spoken & written);
* University degree and preferably 1-3 years work experience in a customer care center;
* Stress resistance;
* Autonomy and high sense of responsibility;
* Excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills;
* Personal organization capacity;
* Problem solving attitude;
* Good MS Office Skills;
* Proactive attitude, team spirit, empathic;
* Multi cultural working environment.
