•Develop the program from scratch
•Work closely with the software development team to create a training curricula

•Redefining and updating training plans and delivery

What You’ll Need To Succeed
•2-5 years of software training, demonstration, and support experience
•Experience with one-on-one and group training
•Animated but professional presentation style with proven ability to command the attention of a room and keep participants excited and captivated
•Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and give complex presentations
•Experience with different learning styles and a great flexibility in working with different personalities and experience levels
•Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
•Technical self-starter with strong drive to learn
•Excellent work ethic and strong intellectual curiosity with a high-energy, professional and exciting approach to training
•Project Management experience
•Experience in web development
