• Create the PLC software for various Siemens-based PLC-CNC machines
• Modification of existing software when needed
• Startup and commissioning of the machines above. This includes:
- Installation of the industrial PC, configuration, image loading, programs installation, network communication
- PLC startup, error debugging, communication, I/O testing
- Download of the created software and debugging
- Configuration of the NC equipment (axis, parameters, safety)
• Debugging and testing including periphery equipment debugging
Polytechnic faculty graduate – electrical field
•Minimum 2 years field experience, as software/service/commissioning engineer for industrial machines.
• Experience in software design, able to work and program in STL and LAD, familiar with S7 software
• Experience in commissioning for industrial machines (knowledge about valves, sensors, motors, actuators)
• Experience with Siemens products – commissioning, setup, debugging
• Electrical design knowledge, capable of reading and interpreting a complex electrical diagram
• Capable of testing and debugging an electrical circuit
• English language - conversational
