-Responsible of the people management, competence development and creation/application of best practices/processes in own group;
- Provides technical leadership in his/her area of competence;
- Supports the business in making good development project/program plans and in identifying the necessary resources;
- Needs to work well with all stakeholders (other local managers/leaders, project managers, Site Manager; HR; their direct reports and others);
- Recruits/selects new employees based on the business needs;
- Develops the talents and skills needed by the business;
- Proactively identifies the need for new processes and best practices, that would increase the efficiency of the people in his/her group;
-Identifies competencies and preserves the know-how needed in the field;
- Coordinates activities to identify the latest technologies/methodologies used in the field and builds up the necessary competencies;
-Responsible with performance evaluation, setting and reviewing the objectives and the personal development plans of his/her direct reports;
- Responsible with planning and tracking his/her group budgets
- Responsible with the subcontracting relationship in his/her own team
-Status reporting to the Site Manager and Business about resource availability, project/program allocation and recruitment.
Cerinte
-Typically 8-12 years relevant experience.
- Strong relevant experience as a Software Architect;
-Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both Romanian and English;
-Good understanding/knowledge of the local job market and hiring specifics;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills;
- Motivational, people management and leadership skills;
-Highly reliable, able to balance conflicting requirements and respond flexibly to changing priorities and time lines;
-Highly capable of prioritizing and distributing workload effectively across the team.
