RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for, but not limited to

- Act as local SPOC for all matters pertaining to delivery, to maintain all contacts and SOWs with external suppliers and partners.
- Liaise with the all program owners, i.e. Global CSMs, Regional CSMs, CSMs, to ensure the consistency and quality of service delivery is consistent with global processes.
- Manage customer site visits
- Meet & exceed financial & non-financial targets as agreed with & approved by VP Global Client Service Management
- Participate in local Call Center Forums as appropriate
- In cooperation with Functional Management and Local Human Resources, drive HR policies of principle nature, such as (but not limited to) disciplinary cases, leave policy, salary policy, internal rules.
- Participate in Business Development Activities
- Manage local / Regional relationship with partners & vendors
- Facilities Planning – ensure adequate space is allocated for existing business and for planned growth and ensure the facilities are properly maintained.
- Facilitate the identification of site-specific risk management policies and processes (including Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery Planning, Health & Safety and Security) – consistent with TechTeam Global policies and processes
- Ensure site complies with all TechTeam Global’s ‘Corporate Governance’ requirements
- Keep an open two way communication channel with all employees on the site.
- Reinforce TechTeam Global culture, values and reputation and ensure compliance with TechTeam Global Group policies
- Ensure high standards for corporate citizenship, social standing and safety


CERINTE

Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education and Training Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent required
• English fluency, written and verbal
• 5-10 years experience
• Previous experience in call center/support center management position
• Understanding of call center SLAs, metrics, and operations
• Excellent customer service and team building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Forward thinking
• May require additional project-specific training
• May require ability to travel internationally, as needed
• May require ability to travel within Europe, as needed
