RESPONSABILITATI

We are searching for an enthusiastic and passionate colleague to join our SharePoint team located in Bucharest.

What will be your responsibilities?
• Provide Level 1&2 functional support and user training for SharePoint applications;
• Interact with client/users around queries/requests for information;
• Research the root cause of functional support issues and provide recommendations to correct issues;
• Web content Management;
• Changing, customizing and branding SP sites;
• Building custom workflows according to business requests;
• User Administration/ Access Management topics;
• Responsible to build and maintain a ‘showcase site/ demo site ‘for end users;
• Perform functional tests on new releases.


CERINTE

• 1-3 years’ knowledge and experience working with SharePoint 2010/2013, SharePoint Designer, Site Templates, InfoPath;
• Good knowledge of designing and implementing SharePoint Designer workflows;
• A strong understanding of SharePoint best practices and platform strengths and limitations;
• Knowledge of build in SharePoint tools for web design: themes, titles and descriptions, overall site navigation and structure, page layouts and master pages;
• Knowledge of business documentation writing, functional testing design and analysis;
• Ability to understand business objectives and translate into SharePoint functionality / requirements;
• Experience in developing use cases, usage scenarios and functional requirements;
• Flexibility for some travel for project work;
• Fluency in both oral and written English.
