– Developing investment budgets as provided by national legislation (GD No. 907/2016)
– Develop feasibility studies, business plans, marketing plans, communication plans.
– Developing funding applications.
– Bachelor and Master Degree (total 5 years study cycles) in Economics, Finance, Management, Banking Business Administration or other related fields)
– Cost benefit analysis experience
– Financial analysis
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– At least 3 years of experience in consultancy
– At least 3 years experience in developing projects with European funds or other non-reimbursable funding programmes (POSCCE, POSDRU, POR, POCU, POC; State Aid Schemes; Norway Grants, Horizon 2020, National “de minimis” schemes, or other funding programmes)
