Responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition strategy for multiple locations in the geographical area assigned (Romania, Poland, UK and Ireland);
Work closely with all the sub functions of TA and bring in synergy among various locations hiring strategies;
Partner with the Line of Business Heads to ensure seamless operational delivery with excellence;
Determine specific project TA requirements along with the business team;
Strategize various channels of hiring with an ability to manage costs strictly under control;
Develop appropriate sourcing, testing and recruitment methodology and lead the selection process for external hiring;
Manage the employee relations within the organization by adhering to legal statutes, resolving issues and smooth co-ordination between HR and other functions;
Organize staff welfare activities for the employees in the Geographical locations.
Bi-lingual: Local Language & English compulsory (Both oral and written proficiency)
10-15 years of experience in recruiting in ITES (BPO) / Service Industry and with proven experience in recruitment delivery in a large, multi-national organization;
Excellent understanding of volume hiring in BPO;
Must possess good understanding of Talent Acquisition with strong sales skills;
Self-driven Leader capable of managing a large team across the geographical area;
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
Ability to build, sustain and influence relationships at all levels of an organization, and develop networks as appropriate;
Structures and manages projects or programs of work which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues;
Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
