Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including initial applicant sourcing, qualification assessments, interviews, and offers
• Act as HR Business Partner for the Hiring managers, create strong partnerships in order to optimize recruitment efforts
• Identify and source qualified talent for current open roles, build relationships and network to generate successful placements
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source applicants for open jobs
• Act as a Team Leader and coordinate a team of Recruiters
• Evaluation within the team, discuss and align objectives, encourage involvement and development of team members
• In-depth understanding of the business and current projects and challenges
• Prepare and negotiate job offers, assist in the evaluation and provide feedback
• Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement process (if case)
• Assure that Job Descriptions are updated and current, reflecting the essential functions and requirements of each position being recruited
• Stays current and is innovative in effective sourcing practices. Works with staff to utilize resources in a cost effective quality, and timely manner
• Participating in the organization of company events (team buildings, corporate
parties, internal contests) etc.


CERINTE

• Excellent customer focus, communication and negotiating skills, and a track record of executing key strategic initiatives
• Ability to identify and understand issues and use effective approaches for developing solutions, understanding facts
• Solid understanding and knowledge of the commercial, marketing roles, IT, Retail, FMCG industries is preferred along with exposure to policies, procedures
• Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, follow through and drive projects to timely completion
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills with good judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and good presentation skills;
• Must be able to work independently as well as work in a team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English
