RESPONSABILITATI

The Recruiter and Employee Programs Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruiting activities including job description development and/or enhancement, job advertisements, applicant tracking, sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, background checks, reference checks, and on-boarding.


CERINTE

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4 years experience in recruitment.
Excellent interviewing skills: significant recruitment experience with handling challenging recruitment issues in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Communication Skills: ability to relate well to people and work in cooperation with others to effectively coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks; fast, fluent, and friendly communication skills;
English fluency is required, Italian can be a plus.
Demonstrate a results orientation for delivering services in an accurate, complete and timely manner.
Creative/Conceptual Thinking: ability to assess and identify needs and develop creative strategies to implement in the recruitment plans;
Driving licence.
