The Role
You will be assisting clients in assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of their key business operations and implementing lasting changes.
Specifically, you will be responsible for delivering consulting engagements to our clients, with focus on the following areas: operational efficiency, process & costs optimisation & restructuring.
Within your role, you will:
• Provide regulatory and business advice;
• Assess, design, advise and help implement improved/re-designed business processes; and
• Design and implement risk management/compliance systems.

PwC is looking for highly motivated Senior Consultants to join our Advisory – Consulting practice in Bucharest.
What we are looking for
• At least 3 years of experience in Management Consulting, ideally with exposure to Financial Services or Oil & Gas;
• Previous experience in risk management is desirable;
• Exposure to regulatory, process redesign or system implementation projects would be a great asset;
• English proficiency;
• Consultative nature, good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a team environment with a professional and enthusiastic attitude;
• Ability to learn quickly, be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and adapt in a dynamic environment;
• Availability to travel.
