Adecco is looking for a Senior Java Developer for its client, one of the global players in electrical transmission, boasts technologies and expertise.
The projects are executed within an international environment involving software development and implementation held in multi-sites and multi-countries.
Responsibilities
• Software development team management: 3+ years of experience with a 5+ members team
• Software design and architecture documents
• Task planning, follow-up, reporting
• Agile development (SCRUM)
• Report to project business and IT lead
• Advisor on software development
• Software development on critical pieces
Desired Skills and Experience
• JEE – 5+ years
• Object oriented design: UML, design patterns
• Advanced programming: Design patterns, secure code, high performance code, object relational mapping (e.g. Hibernate), Java collections (complexity, stability)
• Advanced software architecture knowledge: Multi-tier architect, service oriented, JMS, multi-threading, redundancy, security, high-performance implementation, resilience, caching
• RDBMS: SQL querying – 5+ years Oracle (PL/SQL), MySQL, PostgreSQL – optional
• Web: AJAX, GWT, Spring (Core, Security, Batch, Integration)
• Web: JSF2/Facelets
• Application servers: JBoss, Weblogic, Apache, IIS
• Workflow jBPM
• Others: SVN, XML parsers libraries (e.g. JAXB), Web Services (SOAP, CXF), software management tools (e.g. JIRA, Team City, Jenkins)
• OS : Windows, Linux RedHat
• .Net knowledge is a plus
• English – fluent (both oral and written) - Mandatory
