RESPONSABILITATI

Senior HR professional, covering hiring process, specific HR reporting and compensation techniques, EVP, HRBP expertize, internal communication and training plan coordination; team coordination.


Main responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection
Attract, retain and motivate staff. Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture. Advertise vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants together with the Recruitment team in SSC HR. Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations. Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions together with the managers in charge
Skills Development
Identify training /skills / competency needs within the organization.
Coordinate career development, succession planning and talent management needs in partnership with line management. Submit the skills development plan within the prescribed timeframe. Identify skills shortages and where there is need to improve and inform management.
Employee Relations
Consult and advise management and staff on Labor relations issues. Ensure awareness on Internal Regulation and all
other labor legislation.
Implement and monitor compliance according to the company strategy. Assume responsibility for the Company’s social responsibility projects and manage the Social committee, if needed.
HR Reporting and Administration
Assures checks on company payroll administration. Compile monthly management reports on key output areas of the position.
Supervises periodical dashboards and reports provided by HRIS and HRBP assistant
Checks periodically the reports, dashboards and provides relevant information to the N+1
Financial model and analysis
Suport Hay data & salary policy analysis, ACR analysis and policy, comp&ben policy completion

Performance Management
Manage the company performance management process (KPO). Custodian of effective performance management practices. Implement performance management / talent management initiatives. Ensure that performance management is standardized. Ensure that all employees are informed of and trained in the application of the performance

Responsible with Permanent Supervision according to norms in force
Analysis periodically and gives alert on the KPI established
Assures a coherent approach on reporting and controls specific to HR Corporate
Assures team coordination according to the business priorities and specific needs, according to the priorities established with N+1


CERINTE

1. Professional experience:
Minimum 5 years HR experience, including recruitment for management positions, specific HR reporting, training, career plans, EVP and internal communication projects
2. Education:
University degree, specific post-university courses dedicated to HR would be an advantage
