RESPONSABILITATI

• Support the implementation of local and group accounting/costing/operational policies across company.
• Develop and/or maintain insightful management reports and analysis of overall company performance on the relevant dimensions, and provide professional advice in relation to accounting transactions and operational performance.
• Assist the direct Manager and Group internal control teams to ensure compliance with company’s requirements and ensure that Company has strong, effective internal controls and a healthy internal control environment.
• Gather input from other respective departments and translate & adjust them into budgets, forecasts and long term plans, defining and monitoring financial & operational targets to steer the performance of the Company.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and long range plan set of financial & operational statements ( standalone and consolidated)
• Performance management related to deviations versus plan
• Performs investment appraisal analysis as required by both internal/group procedures & ad hoc management requirement
• Provides guidelines to department managers in regards to efficiency evaluation and process/projects profitability

Responsibilities:
• Responsible of budgeting and forecasting process, controlling procedures, corporate performance management and business analysis;
• Take part in the month end closing process from adjustments to the production of management reporting & accounting (P&L, traffic, OPEX, CAPEX, inventory, cash flow, etc);
• Make presentations / reports corresponding financial data on locations and throughout the business;
• Propose and implement various measures needed (costs, processes);
• Prepare special reports and offers solutions management, in order to increase productivity and turnover;
• Control performance indicators on the number of employees, investments, costs, sales, etc., in order to achieve the target;
• Analyzes business performance / results, providing feedback regarding financial issues to Senior Management.
• Responsible for reviewing and developing the financial systems and processes in the organization;
• Participate to all projects having an impact on the control framework
• Become an internal control expert and insure a consultant role in this matter
• Develop relationships with other departments to have a high quality closing
• Propose process improvements
• Monthly reporting (create and prepare) of all aspects of financial information including statistical data, financial analysis and other management information to senior management, within very tight deadlines (financial indicators analysis: gross - revenues, net revenues, cost of sales, profit margin, gross margin, indicators evolution);
• Measuring and reviewing profitability within the business divisions;
• Continuous development and update of business planning models based on current and expected developments of the business;
• Develop flexible budgeting models for P&L, GM reporting, adaptable for building various scenarios to support business decisions;
• Build, together with support functions departments, respective opex inputs and results to be used in the financial plans
• Maintain the budgeting existing systems, improve and update tools and data flow;
• Investigate the reasons for differences between the planned and actual results, highlighting to superior management impact on the business;
• Preparation of budgets presentation adapted as required by each internal or external user;
• Continuous update of team’s processes and procedures to improve speed and accuracy of planning activities;

Job Requirements:
• 5-6 years of experience in a similar position
• IFRS knowledge;
• Planning, budgeting and cost control principles knowledge;
• Fluent in English;
• Computer literate with good Excel skills
• Critical to the position are strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (both verbal and written);
• The ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines is fundamental;
• The candidate should be confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
