JOB DESCRIPTION

THE JOB means providing accurate technical and commercial support to Heimdal Security users and potential customers by e-mail and through Zendesk.

Duties:
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Creating and deliver feedback reports to the appropriate departments: Q&A, Devel, Marketing.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions by email/tickets or/and external forums/communities.

REQUIREMENTS

YOU can join our team IF:

A. You have at least 1 Year Experience in providing Technical/Commercial Support
B. You have advanced English language writing skills (German is a big plus).
C. You have good technical skills and knowledge of Windows OS.
D. You have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Heimdal is a security product launched in 2011 by Denmark-based company CSIS Security Group.

As cybercriminal attacks developed and financial data leakage became a major issue for every organization, there appeared a growing demand for a security solution to ensure that confidential information and intellectual property never leak to a hacker controlled server.
