We are developing our team and we have a vacancy for SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST.
The primary function of this position is to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team and run office based sales.

Responsibilities/job duties:
• Make offers and calculations for customers
• Process customers orders, from receiving a purchase order to invoicing
• Cooperate with foreign subsidiaries
• Follow procedures related to complaints
• Make analysis and sales reports
• Payment control
• Making appointments with customers
• Booking hotel and flight reservations


CERINTE

Skills:
• Experience in customer service desired, but not mandatory
• Very good knowledge of English
• Interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and also able to cooperate within a group
• Very good communication skills
• MS Office practical experience, with good knowledge of Excel (reporting)
• Knowledge of iScala system would be an advantage
• Creative thinking
• Open minded, open for challenges, new experience and fast learning person
