We are currently looking for a Sale Representative with outstanding sales capabilities and great team player.
We want from you to Sale Recruitment Services, meaning:
• Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
• Build-up portfolio
• Direct sales of recruitment services
• Negotiate contracts
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services, new services, delivery schedules etc.
• Recommends changes in services and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
• Prepare contracts and record orders
Personal Requirements and Qualifications:
• Min. 3 year experience in sales services
• Enjoy working with people
• Friendly and confident manner with a pleasant personality
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Able to clearly present product and service information
• Good personal presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Good negotiator
• Motivation for sales
• Having a spread already formed Networking – it’s a big plus
• Having already clients portfolio – it’s also a big plus
