On behalf of our client, a well known multinational pharmaceutical company, we are searching for a Sales Manager who shall develop and implement the sales strategy and tactics at a national level, will coordinate the field force and KAM activity and distribution team.
-manages the implementation of all promotional activities with retailers (pharmacies) at a national level
-proposes the sales target for the field force, key accounts and distribution team
-develops and improves the Field Force effectiveness
-collects analyses and provides market and competition related information
-reports to the internal and external management
-previous experience on a similar position, within the OTC division of a pharmaceutical company
-team management experience
-fluent English
