- maintain and expand the company's business by promoting and selling modernization solutions in order to achieve sales target
- maintain good relations with existing customers
- maintain close contact with all submitted tenders and take all necessary steps to secure the order in accordance with company guidelines
- create an develop a customer list, both on and off portfolio
- submit a monthly loss report to Manager in order to use as a discussion point to analyze and improve future sales activity
- technical or economical academic background
- sales experience in elevator is a must
- good presentation skills
- available for traveling
- fluent in English
- highly organized and punctual
