On behalf of our client, reputed company that markets sanitary and household products, we are looking for a Sales Director, to join the commercial department in Bucharest.
Role:
Define and implement the sales objectives and strategy, develop retail network & motivate the commercial team.
Responsibilities:
Organize the work of the sales team to achieve the objectives in terms of profitability, sales volume, market share
Propose solutions to the management to enhance market position
Develop NKA/IKA networks
Coordinate with the team the distribution network
Optimize department costs
Motivate and train the sales team
Support in marketing activities
Negotiate and monitor contracts
Hands-on experience in sales management and team development and motivation
Good negotiation skills
Leader profile
Previous experience in a similar company is considered an advantage
Driving license – category B
Availability to travel
English language – C level
