RESPONSABILITATI

We are seeking a highly motivated sales and business development professional to drive new revenues through the identification, acquisition and management of new clients, deals, oportunities, market verticals by leveraging company unique competencies, strenghts and business lines.

Responsibilities:

Act as a full sales executive and promote, develop, follow, and close deals with new customers
Manage part of company solutions portfolio from the vendor relationship point of view and develop respective business lines directly as a sales executive and indirectly by providing specific product line support to the sales organization
Maintains an overall ongoing understanding of each allocated vendor way of doing business, way to market, partner resources, processes, product announcements and releases, services and support tools, requirements for certifications, partner programs, etc.
Identifies, adapts and conceives technical and sales sweet points in each allocated vendor’s offer and communicates them in a timely manner to the team to be used towards customers
Perform client-specific needs analysis and competitive research
Produce proficient client proposals
Develop and propose to the company management development strategies regarding possible vertical markets, market trends, generated oportunities
Measurable improvement to sales volumes, values, number of deals, and revenue bottom line


CERINTE

Education and Experience Required



First level university degree, preferably in computer science and electronics
Typically 3+ years of experience in IT, preferably in sales, business development, product management for major vendors (HP, IBM, Cisco, Fujitsu, etc.) in a major IT company
Proof of proficiency in IT sales with curricula of relevant training and promoted exams with sales education programs of major IT vendors (ITIL, HP, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, Dell, Microsoft, etc.)



Knowledge and Skills Required

Ability to produce by themselves proficient proposal for corporate customers, including or not technical presales help, and good understanding of what each type of proposal should include (project description, SoW, project plan). Proficiency in relevant tools such as all Office applications, including Visio for technical sketches, and knowledge of where to look for vendor information are required skills.

Experience and training in sales and business development (knowledge of sales process, understanding of companies financial functioning and flows, IT business development strategies, etc.)
Experience and understanding of corporate and government customers purchasing process, requirements, budget structures, interests, approach to acquisitions and purchasing, etc.
Personal existing customer base and personal contacts network that can be leveraged to generate fast sales results
In depth understanding of networking structure and technologies, server and storage technologies, SAN structure and technologies, data communication technologies
Good understanding of the complete IT datacentre ecosystem, including non-IT related components and technologies and how to relate them to the core IT systems (such as cooling, power supply, UPS, physical security, fire systems, auxiliary power, etc.)
Good understanding of enterprise systems and applications and requirements in relation to them, including UNIX systems overall functioning, UNIX hardware differentiators versus Wintel hardware, UNIX virtualization and partitioning technologies, etc.
Proficiency in using relevant tools to write technical documentation such as Visio, Project and similar
Availability to regularly pursue training programs, exams, certifications.
Good command of English is a must. Knowledge of other languages is appreciated, especially one of the following: German, Greek, Bulgarian, Hungarian.
