- After the probation period: participating in interviews with a Senior Recruiter

- Excellent communication skills at all levels (in writing, by phone and face to face)
- Keen interest in recruiting and executive search
- Interested in learning and developing on IT/ software development recruitment
- Willing to learn and to understand software development and IT terms and technologies
- Able to manage several repetitive tasks
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Economics or related
- Very good English skills
