Key responsibilities
Support the Account Managers / Data and Reporting Specialist to devise and implement communication campaigns worldwide for clients such as Airbus and Total, including tailored research, database management and data visualisation
Data analysis, research (online and field) and assist on strategic analysis to develop a range of reports and insights
Innovative and creative input to campaign development and new business research
Candidate profile
Bright recent graduate with the following skills
Research or reporting experience
Communication and presentation skills in marketing
Analytical skills, able to produce high quality written reports and presentations
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Sociable and comfortable working in an international team and on international projects
Quick to learn and to adapt to a new working environment
Innovative and creative
Confident with good interpersonal and networking skills
Good written and spoken English (French or another language would be an advantage but is not mandatory)
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure; attention to detail
Technical expertise
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office features, Excel in particular (i.e. Excel functions, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
Knowledge with data management and databases (i.e. Excel / Access / Other) could be an advantage
Data representation / visualisation skills (i.e. produce professional visualisations from available data)
Using online tools for various projects (i.e. creating info graphs, extract social media statistics)
