Comunica fiecarui director obiectivele generale si specifice previzionate pentru fiecare departament si urmareste ca acestea sa fie comunicate personalului din cadrul fiecarui departament.
• comunica obiectivele generale, specifice si operationale ale organizatiei catre personal
• controlul si supervizarea activitatii departamentelor de productie, de marketing, financiar-contabil, administrativ a altor departamente din cadrul organizatiei;
Responsabilitati in cresterea vanzarilor personale, dezvoltarea relatiilor cu clientii, coordonarea echipelor de vanzari, organizare de training-uri pe teme de produs, motivarea colaboratorilor, pregatirea permanenta in domenii conexe.
Mentinerea si dezvoltarea bazei de clienti.
Să actualizeze permanent baza de date.


CERINTE

Experienta in vanzari directe gen Asigurari sau MLM
Persoana serioasa, motivata, sa isi asume responsabilitatile, de incredere, sociabila;
Rezistenta la program prelungit.
Nivel de inteligenta generala peste medie.
Cunostinte de management organizational, financiar, vanzari;
Cunoasterea in profunzime a pietei locale de afaceri.
Formarea echipa de reprezentanti vanzari, de preferat sa aiba deja o echipa cu care sa inceapa colaborarea.
