leoHR, search & selection division is looking for its client, a well-known FMCG company,

Regional Rewards Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Provides support to key reward initiatives and programs: compensation, benefits, mobility, expat support, recognition programs and related processes;
- Provides quantitative analysis and reports, and coordinates data gathering within Europe;
- Assists with planning and development of new and revised compensation programs, policies, procedures in order to be responsive to company's goals and competitive practices;
- Assists on Rewards projects;
- Coordinate labour market survey and studies delivery on European level, assess survey needs, suitability and availability;
- Ensure consistency in job evaluation and market pricing of all European jobs considering the global alignment through timely audits;
- Work in conjunction with the HRBPs, HR Operations team and Finance team to support people cost reporting and forecasting process;
- Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and queries, gains all key reward information required;
- Administer European cross-country benefit programs, maintains relations with regional vendors, supports procurement in contract negotiation and coordinate review of regional benefit providers as agreed with Senior Regional Reward Manager;
- Complete ad-hoc Reward team tasks.


CERINTE

Requirements:

- Experience 2 years at the similar position;
- Strong analytical skills, with good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information;
- Good knowledge and experience in job evaluation and market pricing technics and methodology;
- MS Office skills, focus on MS Excel (advanced user);
- Good communication skills, fluent English, ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly and concisely;
- Experience of operating with highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
