Job Purpose:
Responsible for recruitment and selection processes (end to end) within Enea Services Romania.
Responsibilities:
•Coordinates the recruitment and selection process for the allocated projects :
-Posting jobs adds;
-Collecting applications and background check forms;
-Conduct initial interviews with identified candidates;
-Elaborates shortlists and send it to the Hiring managers.
•Manages the candidate’s database.
•Actively involves in Job Fairs events, Internship program.
•Bachelor’s Degree;
•Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with focus in IT area( mandatory);
•Team spirit attitude;
•Very good communications and social skills;
•Attention to details;
•Result oriented attitude;
•Pro-active attitude.
