RESPONSABILITATI

-Execute and track manual job postings to niches site and print locations as required based on recruiter provided specifications
-Prepare offer letters and contract packages and coordinate approval routing, distribution and retention.
-Assist with administration of pre-employment check process
-Conduct reference checks including review of results to determine discrepancies
-Facilitate on-boarding process activities including notifying candidate and stakeholders of start activities, and tracking completion of on-boarding tasks
-Generating report from the recruitment system and ensuring data integrity (candidate profiles and step statuses are up to date)

Recruitment Service Agent has responsibility for coordinating and performing the administration components of the recruiting process to support service quality, timeliness, accuracy and cost objectives.
Requirements:
-0-4 years work experience in Customer Support and/or HR field
-Fluency in Spanish and English
-Proficient in use of relevant recruitment systems
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
-Strong analytical problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to interact with people of all levels
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Must be a team player with a positive attitude
-Willingness to support recruiters virtually
-Ability to build working relationships virtually
-Proactive in providing information and documentation
-Must be willing and able to work under night shifts (15:00-24:00/16:00-01:00)
