The Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting activities including job description development and/or enhancement, job advertisements, applicant tracking, sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, background checks, reference checks and on-boarding.
Bachelor's degree
Minimum one year experience in mass recruitment;
Good sourcing and interviewing skills: experience with handling challenging recruitment issues in a diverse and dynamic environment;
Good communication Skills: ability to relate well to people and work in cooperation with others to effectively coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks; fast, fluent, and friendly communication skills;
English fluency is required;
Demonstrate a results orientation for delivering services in an accurate, complete and timely manner.
Creative thinking: ability to assess and identify needs and develop creative strategies to implement in the recruitment plans.
