Acting as a main support for the Recruitment Consultants;
Being involved in the sourcing process of the passive and active typology of candidates;
Drawing up job descriptions based on the client's requirements;
Sourcing candidates based on the candidate profile, using Linkedin or other recruitment sites;
Searching the databases for suitable candidates, reviewing resumes;
Updating the database with new candidate CVs;
Presenting the offer to potential candidates and scheduling the interviews;
Establishing proper sourcing channels and methodology for recruitment, depending on the job profile;
Giving feedback to candidates involved in the recruitment process.
University degree or being involved in a Master Degree programme;
At least 1 year of relevant working experience;
Competence with MS Office applications;
Fluency in English;
Pro-active attitude, very well organized and reliable person;
Having the curiosity and initiative to ask the right questions, and being eager to improve work performance day by day;
Being a fast learner and having the ability to prioritize tasks;
Having an out of the ordinary enthusiasm in pursuing a project, task, subject or activity;
Having the ability to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, gather more information if necessary;
Being passionate about the HR Domain and having the desire to get all the know-how about an end-to-end recruitment project.
