RESPONSABILITATI

As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure that the company services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

Hard skills:
1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the
Office:
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
• Pick up and deliver the mail
• Open and date stamp all general correspondence
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support

2. Performs receptionist functions:
• Answer all incoming calls Answering and forwarding phone calls:
• Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
• Greet, assist and/or direct clients and the general public
• Screening phone calls
• Booking meetings
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Arranging couriers
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• Answer inquiries about company.
• Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
• Update appointment calendars.

3. Perform other administrative related duties as required


CERINTE

Required skills:
• Proven working experience in similar roles
• Professional appearance
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Attention to details
• Computer literate (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Out Look)
• Very good knowledge of English language is a must
• Focus to understand clients’ and colleagues’ needs
• Flexibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team oriented
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), must be fluent in English and Romanian, written and verbal communications
